About Brian StertzerBrian Stertzer brings 30 years of experience and entrepreneurial expertise to WealthStone, Inc., a Columbus, Ohio, asset management and advisory firm. Operating WealthStone’s first satellite office from South Carolina’s Hilton Head Island, Stertzer initially joined the firm in 1984, when it was Professional Planning Consultants, and helped re-engineer the asset management division. He currently serves as the company’s managing director of asset management, having rejoined the firm in 2006 to restructure the division focused on high net-worth clients utilizing a “managed capture” approach to investments. A certified financial planner and inactive certified public accountant, Brian Stertzer also serves as president of True North Foundation.
An honor student and varsity athlete, Brian Stertzer earned a bachelor of arts in accounting and economics from Capital University in Columbus. The captain of the university’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes, he has continued this association throughout his career, formerly serving as a trustee of the Fellowship’s national board of directors. A former All-Ohio athlete, Stertzer coaches youth athletes in Hilton Head and participates in golf, tennis, and water sports. |
